Programme Lead

Programme Lead – Remote – Up to £500p/d (Inside IR35)

My client is a multi-national market-leader who are looking to add a Programme Lead to their team on an initial 3-month basis, with a high chance of this being extended closer to 6 months. The core purpose of the role is to ensure that the Delivery function of the company has the skills and resources to meet business needs.

The Portfolio Lead will be managing a team of Project Manager’s, Business Analysts and Scrum Masters. For this role you will own all non-digital work, delivering to the required time, quality, and cost expectations. You will be the bridge between the Portfolio, Digital and Applications teams, ensuring that successful delivery is achieved.

Programme / Portfolio Management
Team Leadership / Management experience
Improving project practices and efficiency
Act as the interface between business units and project management capacity
Agile, Scrum and Kanban methodologies
Department Recruitment and onboarding
