Infrastructure Team Leader - Nottingham

IT Team Leader – Central Nottingham – Up to £45k + Benefits + Flexible working

This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Team Leader to join their technical team. The key to this role is ensuring smooth operations of systems and infrastructure. The IT Manager will stay ahead of the technology curve and manage server/network infrastructure. You will be required to ensure the on-going operational efficiency of all aspects of the firm’s IT systems, whilst simultaneously leading the technical team.                                                                          

The current vacancy is for a large organisation who have invested heavily into IT over the past several years, with continued growth planned. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in infrastructure related roles, with a few of those years based as a manager / supervisor / team lead

Key Requirements for this IT Infrastructure Team Lead role

  • Experience of LAN/WAN switching and routing (Security, Configuration, Installation)
  • Azure, Microsoft 365, Exchange Online
  • VMware
  • PowerShell, SAN storage, SCCM, Colo datacentres, VPN
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader, managing multiple technical people
  • IT qualifications, either MCSA, MCSE, MCITP or ITIL would be desirable
