The key to this role is ensuring smooth helpdesk support to end users across their EU offices. The Helpdesk Analyst will be providing 1st line technical support and assistance to staff across our EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department. Handling support requests with SLA and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.
