You will also have responsibility for managing an internal development team and ideally dealing with offshore teams. The ideal Development Lead will have come from a strong development background with a good grounding with .net technologies and technical design and delivery.

Skills for this Head of Development role

Hands on development background with .net and understanding agile principals
Experience using .Net Core and latest technologies
Experience using Azure
Excellent team management/leadership skills including recruitment, appraisals, 121 meeting, training etc
Keeping up to date with and driving innovation with new technologies
Excellent communication skills and organisational skills
Strong relationship and customer management experience
