This advanced Software House are looking to add a CEO to the leadership team of this award winning organisation. The Chief Executive Officer will direct and drive the growth of this HR technology company, whilst providing inspirational leadership and consistently deliver on business goals and targets.

Core responsibilities for this CEO role;

Lead & deliver business strategy; the vision, goals whilst driving the global growth strategy of their People Analytics Software
Be accountable for P&L and align resources to achieve strategic and operational goals
Utilise your expertise and network to strengthen their brand in the HR tech market as a differentiated product to drive growth opportunities
Experience in managing a leadership team, advising them on critical strategic and operational decisions
Continuously review the business environment and strategic capabilities/limitations of the company
Lead investor relationships, funding rounds if required, with new/existing external investors

Core skills & experience

A deep knowledge and understanding of HR software market and an established network of relationships with key players in the industry.
Proven experience working at Senior Management level, having full responsibility for running a P&L
Proven track record of leading and scaling a successful HR tech business, driving growth, profitability and company value
Experience of building and leading high performing teams, encompassing operational, technical and sales functions
Experience of working closely with investors, advising and guiding robust decision making
Demonstrably motivating and engaging leader who can earn trust and respect from a wide variety of global constituents
Ability to manage a demanding workload with a high level of responsibility and competing priorities
