This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Application Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is ensuring day-to-day application management activities. You will be responsible for providing 3rd line technical support and expertise. The Application Support Analyst will stay ahead of the technology curve and manage structured release management processes.

The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide specialist support. Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience working in application related roles. You will have strong experience working in similar roles within Cloud services and ensuring change services are undertaken by Change Management procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide specialist application support and 3rd line support as and when required
  • Maintain excellent good third-party vendor relationships
  • Provide technology and change projects and collaborate with other teams
  • Follow structured release management processes and carry out detailed root cause analysis
  • Experience of full lifecycle application management in a mixed Windows Server environment
  • Experience working with finance applications
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
