This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated First Line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team, and motivate those around them. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked extensively within a Service driven ITIL environment. 
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a First Line Support Analyst to provide specialist support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing a first point of contact for customers
  • Triaging calls including correct prioritisation and allocation
  • Practively monitoring technical platforms and infrastructure
  • Responsible for maintenance of service desk documentation for internal and customer facing
  • Providing day-to-day support on software and hardware on Unix, Cisco, Networking, Telephony, Microsoft and more
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good attention to detail
