Implementation Manager - Software Implementation

Location - Lichfield, Staffordshire
Salary - £55k plus 6k car allowance, 12% bonus scheme paid quarterly, pension, healthcare, training budget plus lots more

Core skills & experience for this Implementation Manager role;

  • Experienced IT Project Manager / Programme Manager who has delivered multiple Implementation projects of a complex nature with multiple customer / supplier stakeholders.
  • Strong experience of Project delivery and Implementing Information systems with preferably a Prince2 accreditation or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent experience of delivering Quality Service whilst driving revenues and hitting targets.
  • Taking ownership of projects to maximise the delivery of technology driven implementations
  • Experience of Application delivery
  • Methodical and thorough, with excellent organisational skills and experience producing high quality documentation for internal processes and customers.
  • Approachable personality with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff and external suppliers / contacts, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to build, manage and continue to motivate an effective team.
  • Able to analyse detailed information and link to strategic planning.
