Compliance Officer – Northamptonshire
This esteemed financial services organisation based in Northamptonshire, (easily commutable from Northampton, Wellingborourough, Kettering & Bedford etc) are looking for a Compliance Officer to work with their experienced Compliance Manager and team of Compliance professionals in the delivery of first-class compliance solutions.
The successful candidate must have a proven track record of delivering compliance solutions within a highly regulated industry. The ideal candidate would have previously worked in the Financial services industry and is able to provide advice and work with the Management Team to comply with regulatory requirements in a pragmatic and proportional manner.
Key responsibilities for this Compliance Officer role:

  • Complete regular compliance monitoring engagements in accordance with the annual Compliance Monitoring Plan to ensure that relevant internal policies and processes are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Report and discuss all findings with appropriate management obtaining their responses to the findings made. Make recommendations for remedial action and process improvements
  • Document the findings, recommended actions and management responses
  • Follow-up management’s implementation of agreed compliance actions and report all outstanding actions to the Compliance Manager.
  • Contribute to the monthly Executive Compliance Update Report as required.
