Software Support Analyst – Coventry The Software Support analyst will work on a busy service desk as part of a dynamic team of analysts to support existing clients. The successful Support Analyst will provide software support, supporting their bespoke business management system for their customers with a SQL database back end and MSAccess front end. As part of a collaborative working environment, the Software Support Analyst will be service focused and develop an indepth knowledge of the company’s core products.
