Systems Administrator Team Leader – Alderley Edge – Up to £33k

This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated System Administrator Team Lead to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is providing first class support to managed services customers. The System Administrator will perform resolving incidents, product upgrades and proactive support. You will be managing the internal support team, providing 121’s and ensuring Team KPIs are met.
                                                                                                       
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Systems Administrator Team Leader to provide specialist support. Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience working in similar roles.
 
Key requirements

• Excellent experience support Apple and Windows desktop operating systems
• Knowledge of MS suite of products and Windows Server installation and administration
• Active Directory administration, O365, Azure, Networking and Scripting (VBA, BASH, PowerShell)
• Experience leading or acting team lead including mentoring, 121s and KPI tracking
• Public, Private and Hybrid Clouds, Virtualisation and Firewall experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
