Scrum Master – Salford Quays - £50,000

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Scrum Master to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. As a Scrum Master; your role will be to do whatever it takes to make your team successful, such as removing organizational impediments, facilitating meetings, and protecting the teams. 
 
The successful Scrum Master will have a hands-on technical background in .Net as well as managing and providing training on the Scrum process. You will also work closely with the product owners and other teams to establish acceptable criteria, demonstrating passion and willingness to invest time and effort with all involved to get the job done.

Essential requirements for this Scrum Master role:

  • Excellent experience needed in dedicated Scrum Master position
  • Cross functional team experience
  • Experience running agile scrum events (planning, retrospectives, demos)
  • Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner/user experience team (ux)
  • A strong technical background in a .Net environment
  • Able to work in a high pressured multi team environment.
 
The Scrum Master will be a self-starter, an agile enthusiast, someone with the passion to want to continually grow and improve their craft, learn new tools and techniques to manage oneself and the team. The successful candidate will be able to cultivate an aptitude of disclosure and transparency to the business about development and the process and encourage business trust.
