First Line Support Analyst – Birmingham- 12 Month Contract
Service desk, Helpdesk, 1st Line, Birmingham , Sutton Coldfield, Walsall – £18,500
 
This highly successful and growing law firm based in the centre of Birmingham are looking to add a first line support analyst to their busy and lively IT Team.
 
The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic IT team providing support to a variety of IT issues and queries in the firm. Responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for all IT support needs from internal and external clients.
 
Core Skills for this First Line Support Analyst role:
 
• Log support calls on the Service Desk
• Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
• Log calls from external IT Suppliers
• Working well within SLA’s
• Experience with Windows 7/10, MS Office 2010/13/16, telephony systems, mobile devices and AV equipment

Interpersonal skills
 
• Well organised, self-motivated, and able to priorities accordingly
• Good communication skills - both written and verbal (to elicit clear requirements and communicate solutions)
• Able to work well as part of a team, but also to be self-motivated when working alone
