This advanced technology company are looking to add an experienced Development Team Lead to their team. You will be leading a team of 3 developers responsible for producing high quality software. You will be developing and implementing strategies that help take this already successfully company to the next level.

The Software Team Lead will be responsible for both the management of teams as well as hands on development work. The position will involve project management and the delivery of projects on time, whilst you will be responsible for establishing and driving best practice. You will be working in an Agile way on a project replacing an existing Payroll system with the latest technology stack.

Requirements:

Previous Senior/Lead Developer experience
Experience of the full Microsoft stack (.NET Core beneficial)
DevOps
Agile
Automation
An understanding of Payroll systems of financial services experience would be beneficial e.g. Sage, QuickBooks etc
