Contract 1st Line Helpdesk Support Analyst – Telford, Shropshire
 
Contract duration – to 3 months
Day rate - depending on experience
 
Helpdesk, 1st Line Support, Active Directory, Exchange.
 
This well-established organisation requires several driven and self-motivated Contract Helpdesk Analyst to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is ensuring smooth helpdesk support to end users across their EU offices.
 
The Helpdesk Analyst will be providing 1st line technical support and assistance to staff across our EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department. Handling support requests with SLA and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.
 
Remote user support
Software installation
Active Directory
Ticket escalation and incident response
Working within SLAs
 
 
The role will appeal to an individual capable of working in a pressurised environment.  You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives.  Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills along with an analytical mindset and attention to detail are a must.
