Salary 45k - This role is for a fixed term of 12 months with the possibility of going permanent.

Scrum, Agile, Product Owner – Greenock (with good links to Glasgow, Port Glasgow, Paisley & Clydebank)

This advanced Software house based in Greenock (with good links to Glasgow, Port Glasgow, Paisley & Clydebank) are looking to add several candidates to their development teams based at their Greenock offices. Ideally you will have at least 3 years’ experience as a Scrum Master and preferably have a Scrum certification; SM – certified scrum master – CSM – Scrum professional

As a Scrum Master; your role will be to do whatever it takes to make your team successful, such as removing organizational impediments, facilitating meetings, and protecting the teams.

The successful Scrum Master will be very hands on as well as managing and providing training on the Scrum process, you will also work closely with the product owner, developers and other teams to establish acceptable criteria, demonstrating passion and willingness to invest time and effort with all involved to get the job done. We are looking for individuals with strong communication and collaboration skills with individuals and groups.

Essential Requirements for this Scrum Master role;

3 years and above' experience needed in dedicated scrum master position
Cross functional team experience
Experience running agile scrum events (planning, retrospectives, demos)
Excellent communication skills, with a close working relationship with Product Owner/user experience team ( .Net, UX / UI)
Environment experience: CI (continuous integration) experience, automated testing, issue management, code review and deployment, all part of CI (continuous integration) process.
Able to work in a high pressured multi team environment.
A technical background would be advantageous but NOT essential
Scrum Master certified – certified scrum master – certified scrum professional beneficial
