This growing company based in North Birmingham, are looking for an experienced BI Test Analyst / Data Warehouse Test Analyst to join their development team. The Tester will be joining a market leading company on a permanent basis to develop and establish quality assurance standards and measures for the business intelligence IT services. You will have a solid background in functional testing with the ability to design and develop test strategy and test cases for a Data Warehouse/ETL function.


Technical skills;

  • 2-3 years’ experience in testing with the ability to design and develop test strategies and test cases for a Data Warehouse / ETL function
  • Review technical requirements with Business Intelligence & Data warehouse terminology to produce test strategies, test scenarios and test cases for the data warehouse team
  • Experience in full testing lifecycle with knowledge of various testing methodologies
  • Good SQL Analytic Skills
  • Experience in creating and executing database queries to support testing, such as using SQL
  • Experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software.

The Test Analyst will have a minimum 2 years’ experience with design, development, and implementation of quality assurance standards for BI, Data warehouses, software, services, and infrastructure testing.
