Contract duration – 5 months
Rate – 350 per day
 
Service desk analyst, ITIL, 2nd Line support, Financial Services, Desktop support – Liverpool, North West
 
You will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked within a Service driven environment for the last 3 years. The role requires a good all-rounder and will be responsible for providing effective Desktop and Server support for their Liverpool office.  Your role will be to provide desktop and 2nd Line support whilst ensuring incidents, faults, service requests and requests for assistance are logged and handled appropriately. You will also seek to maintain uptime, system performance etc. in accordance within service level agreements. 
 
The IT Analyst will be the first point of contact within the technical services team and your core skills and experience will include;
 

  • Providing IT Support across the organisation: desktop support, floor walking, maintaining & administering end user IT equipment
  • Worked within an ITIL environment, familiarity with core operating system environments and hardware platforms
  • Solid knowledge of Active Directory, Hyper-V, Exchange O365 
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • A natural software user – you’re comfortable handling software products you may not have encountered previously
  • The ability to install and/or upgrade and maintain hosted applications
  • Excellent communication & problem-solving skills

Ideally, the technical analyst will have come from a Banking or Financial services background and will be able to hit the ground running within a highly professional and corporate environment.
