This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Support Engineer to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked in a client facing environment before. 
The current vacancy is for an innovative organisation who are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to provide excellent technical support to customers. You will be providing IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.

Skills Required:

  • Microsoft (Server and Desktop, Exchange, Active Directory) physical and virtual environments.
  • Operation and management of communications networks.
  • WAN and LAN communications protocols e.g. TCP/IP.
  • Backup technologies/Anti-Virus Products/Storage Area Networks
  • 1st, 2nd and 3rd line experience
