This highly successful organisation are looking for a Billing Support Team Leader to join an established software team. You will have a strong background in the Billing and Energy sector and are used to dealing with supporting services and providing leadership and direction. Relevant operational experience within the UK Energy or Utilities sector is required with a strong understanding of Energy billing.

Key duties includes:
 
•             Application Support of the Billing system and ensuring it is in line with client’s contract and standards
•             Managing resolution of application-related incidents and implementing procedures and documentation
•             Managing internal resources and coordinating with Client resources
•             Liaise with product team with suggestions for business improvements
•             Managing application upgrades including UAT and software deployment
•             Produce technical and business reports to managers within the business  
 
Core skills & experience for this Billing Support Team Leader role includes:
 
•             Proven experience with relevant operational experience within Energy or Utilities sector
•             Management of others including setting clear direction and delegating of tasks
•             Sound understanding of technical IT issues and extensive experience implementing and upgrading business applications
•             Excellent communication and facilitation skills
