Technical Analyst – London Contract duration – 5 monthsRate – 350 per day Service desk analyst, ITIL, 2nd Line support, Financial Services, Desktop support – London, City of London You will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked within a Service driven environment for the last 3 years. The role requires a good all-rounder and will be responsible for providing effective Desktop and Server support for their London office. The team consists of Administrators and Technical Integration Associates. Your role will be to ensure incidents, faults, service requests and requests for assistance are logged and handled appropriately. You will also seek to maintain uptime, system performance etc. in accordance within service level agreements. A function of this role is to schedule and perform builds of new Windows Servers and associated infrastructure. The Technical Analyst will be the first point of contact within the technical services team and your core skills and experience will include;
