The key to this role is ensuring smooth helpdesk support to end users across their EU offices. The Helpdesk support analyst will have the opportunity to stay ahead with emerging technology and move into a more senior role as time progresses. The Helpdesk Analyst will be providing 1st line technical support and assistance to staff across their EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department from English and German / French speakers. Handling support requests within SLA's and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.
