Technical Support Analyst – Northampton - £30,000 - WORK FROM HOME !!

SQL, Application Support, .Net, ASP.Net

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Technical Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They are based in Northampton but you can work remotely from home.
The key to this role is to consistently deliver an excellent level of service and you must have a proven track record with SQL and coding. 
The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Resolving a high percentage of escalated service desk calls and performing tasks such as; SSL certs, Software updates, Server config, monitoring code for bugs and expected functionality
  • Installation of the company’s bespoke software, importing data and writing advanced SQL scripts, querying/amending database.
  • Providing disaster recovery maintenance, service and setups
  • Ensure tickets are up-to-date within SLA and ensure escalated tickets are dealt with by the end of each day.
  • Identifying repeated issues and raising awareness
The following skills and experience are required:
  • Proven track record of working with SQL (Querying, writing scripts etc.)
  • Solid experience of .Net / ASP.Net programming/debugging
  • Excellent customer service experience
  • Experience with application support, diagnosing and investigating within software support environment
