This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated 1st Line Service Desk Engineer to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked extensively within a Service driven ITIL environment. 
                                                                                                       
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to provide specialist support. Experience supporting bespoke applications would be beneficial to the role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1st level support to customers and internal teams
  • Process Service Requests for customers and internal teams
  • Take ownership of customer support issues
  • Supporting web applications
  • Working to agreed SLAs and ensuring daily/weekly targets are met
 
Experience:
  • 2+ years’ experience working in a Service Desk environment
  • ITIL v3 Foundation
  • Take ownership of customer support issues
  • Ability to priorities work and escalate to managers & internal teams when needed
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers, internal teams & senior managers
