Application Support Analyst – Burnley – Up to £35k
Sage, 2nd/3rd Line Support, Application Support, MS SQL

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Application Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They are based in Burnley and they will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm, ideally with a background of providing support on Sage products.
 
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for:

  • Application support for critical business systems of business customers both remotely and on site when required
  • Keeping clients updated to the progress of their requests
  • Liaise with vendors and third parties to resolve incidents
  • Maintaining excellent customer service, professionalism and integrity
  • Support the team with project installations of software
 
The following skills and experience are required:
  • 2 years’ experience supporting Sage 200/Sage CRM
  • Understanding of Windows Server Environments and AD
  • Excellent communication skill whilst developing effective working relationships with both internal and external customers
  • SQL and Oracle database experience
  • Ability to multi-task in a pressurised environment
