This highly successful organisation is looking for a Project Office Analyst to join an established software development team with technical understanding of application development and knowledge of the software development life cycle. The successful Project Office Analyst will monitor, track and report across the project portfolio. You will manage controls and systems as with a focus on resource forecasting and management and project KPIs.

The company have a wide client portfolio and the Project Office Analyst will develop strong relationships with a team of Programme and Project Managers to drive and support existing projects. The role will be mainly internal stakeholders, however there may be some client engagement.

The successful Project Office Analyst will build excellent working relationships whilst providing programme coordination, programme administration and project initiation. This role will suit a Project Office Analyst with an application development background looking to take the next step in their career. You will join an experienced and friendly team of Project and Programme Managers who will support your training and career growth.

You will need:

  • Experience working in a portfolio support office/large project/programme office
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Experience of supporting projects within the software delivery lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills
  • Ideally experience with project finance/commercial tracking
  • Prince 2, Agile, MSP or project management framework qualification is desirable
