IT Support Engineer – Leeds City Centre - Up to £28,000 + Benefits

This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated IT Support Engineer to join their busy technical services team. The key to this role is customer service and hence you will be a good communicator with plenty of energy and enthusiasm and will have worked in a client facing environment before. 
 
The current vacancy is for an innovative organisation who are looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to provide excellent technical support to customers. You will be providing IT Support relating to technical issues involving Microsoft’s core business applications and operating systems.

Skills Required:

  • Windows Server 2008/2012 R2/2016.
  • Citrix XenServer / XenApp.
  • Windows XP through to Windows 10.
  • Firewalls / Security (SonicWALL beneficial).
  • Networks – LAN/WAN/Routers.
  • Active Directory.
  • MS Exchange
