User Researcher

User Researcher – Bradford – Up to £30k + Bonus + Benefits

This advanced and rapidly growing company are looking to add an experienced User Researcher to their agile delivery team based in Bingley near Bradford. You will be responsible for leading the strategic delivery of user research and advocating the voice of the consumer throughout the product development lifecycle.

The User Researcher will be required to lead user research projects, utilising the most appropriate research methodologies to extract key insights from a global customer base. You will leverage relevant web analytics, market research, competitor analysis and customer insight into the research and development lifecycle.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Competent with various user research techniques
Usability testing
Knowledge of user-centred design
Web analytics
Up to date with digital product development trends
Experience as part of an agile team
The ability to make recommendations based on interpretation of data
