Location – Derby, commute from Nottingham, Burton Upon Trent, Loughborough, Stoke, Ashbourne

This advanced software solutions provider is looking to add a Tester to their Software delivery team based out of their Derby offices. The Software Tester will have extensive experience in the whole testing lifecycle. You will be joining a face paced environment and will have to work to deadlines as a team. Excellent communication skills are essential for this Test Analyst role. The role requires the analysing, testing, evaluation and approving the accuracy of modifications to Payroll systems software through manual testing.

Excellent visual awareness, problem solving skills and natural curiosity
A drive to learn and adapt to the changing landscape of testing
A willingness to learn and develop your testing skills and knowledge
An understanding of the software development process
Understanding of defect management lifecycle
An analytical and systematic approach to testing
Understanding of test Automation (Cucumber, Selenium) – Desirable
