Software Analyst / Data Analyst – Remote working!!

The Analyst will be working as a team working on the implementation of their software for clients on windows-based servers. The Data Analyst / Software Analyst will have solid skills in SQL and will be working as a team in the implementation of their web based applications for new clients and the configuration of SQL, IIS, SSRS and web Components. You will have excellent communication skills and be used to working in a customer focused environment.

Core Responsibilities;

  • Import data using in house applications and SQL & extract data from existing systems via SQL.
  • Edit/Prepare data for import using SQL/Excel.
  • Provide support for the application, including its users and associated services and configuration during the software implementation process.
  • Provide technical expertise to new clients ensuring a professional level of support to new customers as part of their install experience.
  • Working within a project managed environment to deliver new systems on time and to defined standards.
 
Core skills;
 
  • SQL (Querying, scripts, SQL Server Management Studio, T-SQL etc)
  • Experience working with data – Importing & extracting data using SQL
  • Experience of Windows Server/IIS/Web Applications is advantageous
  • Experience working with SSRS
  • Experience of application support would be advantageous
