This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Service Support Shift Lead to join their busy technical services team, and motivate those around them. They will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is for managing a team of Service Desk and Application Support Analysts.
The Service Support Shift Lead will be responsible for:

  • Delivering service to customers within SLA for incident response and resolution
  • Managing and developing the shift team and managing ITIL based service support processes
  • Being flexible in your approach to the role and task completion
  • Ensuring compliance with internal systems, procedures and processes from the team
The following skills and experience are required:
  • Experience managing a team
  • Prior work configuring software applications on working on a service desk
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • Experience working in ITIL v3 environment
