Service Improvement Manager – Chorley - £50k

This advanced solutions provider requires a driven and self-motivated Service Improvement Manager to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. They will offer you an excellent salary and benefits package. The key to this role is drive efficiency improvements in the Service Delivery processes including quality, automation and streamlining client interaction.
 
The Service Improvement Manager will be responsible for:

  • Understanding business processes, seeking innovative solutions and proactively challenging status quo to improve the way things are done
  • Taking ownership and develop targeted improvement plans, detailing and prioritizing improvements with problem statements
  • Engaging with others across departments and assisting the setup and delivery of new service offerings
  • The continuous service improvement agenda to deliver business objectives
 
The following skills and experience are required:
  • Knowledge of Service Definition
  • Problem analysis and solving
  • Excellent communication skill both written and verbal
  • 3 years’ experience in Service Improvement
